3 sheets butter puff pastry 1 small packet of grated tasty cheese 1 jar of tomato pesto 1 free range egg beaten
Heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Spread the sheets of puff pastry with pesto. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up into a long sausage. Cut the roll into 1cm slices and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with beaten egg. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
You can add any ingredients to the filling. I often make them and freeze the rolled up sausage until I need them.
