2 tablespoons of my recipe basil pesto or store bought pesto 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon of light sour cream 1 cup of uncooked penne pasta (or pasta of your choice) 3 chicken tenders olive oil for frying
1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water 2. Fry the chicken tenders in olive oil. Slice roughly. 3. Drain the pasta when cooked. Add the pesto, parmesan cheese, sour cream and chicken. Mix well. 4. Serve hot with a green salad. Enjoy!
