1. Fire up the oven and pre heat it to 180 degrees 2. Wash the spuds, because you'll be eating the potatoe skins - The best part! 3. Pierce the spuds with a fork four times on each side to help it cook and avoid the spuds exploding in the oven 4. Rub the spuds with olive oil and sprinkle some salt over them 5. Bake for about an hour, or until the skins are crispy golden brown 6. Cut the spuds open, fill them with cheese, Chilli Con Carne, sour cream some Avocado
