Tuna patties with lemon dill sauce

Serves 6


Tuna patties:
1 350gm can tuna in springwater, drained and finely flaked
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions
1 egg
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 ts grated lemon peel

Lemon dill sauce:
1/2 cup low fat yoghurt
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/4 ts dried dill


In a large bowl combine tuna, breadcrumbs, spring onions, egg, milk and lemon peel. With lightly floured hands, form mixture into patties. Spray a large fry pan with cooking spray and cook patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Mix sauce ingredients together and drizzle over patties to serve.
