Sweet and sour pork balls

Serves 6


1/2kg Freshly grounded pork mince
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
½-1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 egg
6 spring onions finely chopped
1 tablespoon corn starch or breadcrumbs
1 jar of sweet and sour sauce


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with your hands, cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour.Roll your mixture into pork balls about the size of golf balls.

fry on a low to medium heat, just keep turning them so they cook evenly.once they feel firm there cooked add the sweet and sour sauce stirring the sauce around and making sure the meat balls are covered in the sauce once everything is hot serve.
