2 bunches of fresh basil leaves 100gms fresh parmesan cheese, grated 4 cloves of garlic crushed 200gms pine nuts 200ml extra virgin olive oil 2 Tbs butter, softened Salt and pepper to taste
Put basil, parmesan, garlic and pine nuts into a food processor and blend to a smooth paste. Slowly drizzle olive oil in while blending on low until paste thickens. Add butter, salt and pepper. Bottle and refrigerate.
