4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 3/4 cup ketchup 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. agave nectar (available in health food stores) 1 tsp. chili powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken breasts in a baking pan that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, stir together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, agave nectar and chili powder to make the barbecue sauce. Remove chicken breasts from oven and coat with sauce. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
This is an easy meal, and one of our favorites.
