Midnight Spaghetti

Do you when you come back from a night out and you feel just a little bit peckish ? This will only take a few minutes !


For 2 :
160 gr Spaghetti or if you can find them , Spaghettini (or Capelli d'Angelo) because they cook quicker !
2 cloves of Garlic (adjust to you liking)
A Pinch of Chilli (if liked)
30 ml Olive Oil
A handful of Parmesan cheese (or whatever cheese you like)


Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions in salted water ; in the meantime grab a small pot and put a LARGE glug of olive oil (the best quality you can afford) on a medium heat. Fry the garlic until slightly golden and add the chilli if liked. Take off the heat and put aside .
Drain the pasta leaving it slightly wet and put it back in the cooking pot. Chuck the oil , garlic and chilli in the pot with the pasta and add cheese. Mix very well and serve !
