Michelle’s Meat Balls

Serves 6


Dry Ingredients
250g chicken mince
250g beef mince
250g pork mince
1 Spanish onion finally chopped
½ teaspoon of vegta
Garlic granules
½ cup bread crumbs
A splash of soya sauce
Small amount of oyster sauce
1 egg
Pasta optional

Sauce Ingredients
Grated cheese
1 jar of white sauce


In a bowl place place all the dry ingredients and mix very well. Take a small amount of mixture and make into little balls size is up to you. In a hot fry pan drizzle in some olive oil and cook the meat balls until golden brown keep turning them so they don’t burn. Set the meat balls aside

On a low to med heat add the white sauce in a frypan and add grated cheese stirring all the time once the cheese has melted add the meatballs back in a mix around add some more parsley and chives and serve.


Optional: add some cooked pasta to the sauce and meatballs once cooked

Hint: This dish freezes well.
