Healthy BBQ Chicken Pizza

I think this pizza should be quite healthy... I always get my chicken breast fresh from the market and dice it in a food processor. All the rest of the ingredients I get from the market as well. I guess the only unhealthy part is the base and the BBQ sauce... I haven't worked out how to make that myself yet, plus it sounds like too much hard work


2 Pizza Bases
1 Chicken Breast Diced
1/2 Pineaple (Diced)
1 Chopped onion
A handful of mushrooms, sliced
2 Tomatoes, sliced
500 g Shredded mozarella


1. Just chuck all the ingredients on the base and throw it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. I usually layer it like this:

- A thin layer of cheese
- Tomatoes
- Mushies
- Chicken
- Onions
- Pineapple
- BBQ Sauce
- Cheese


Once you finish cooking it, it can get quite juicy... so I usually let it sit for about 10 minutes before eating it
