3 medium peppers , whichever colour you prefer chopped garlic capers (if liked) chopped flat leaf parsley Extra Virgin Olive oil (the best quality) Tuna
Whack the oven at the highest temperature you can Put the peppers on a baking sheet and let them cook for 10-15mins until they look slightly deflated. Cool down and peel the skin off , cutting them in slightly large chunks. In a bowl add a large tin of Tuna , whatever is your preference; add a pinch of salt ,garlic , balsamic vinegar , parsley , capers and mix well. Eat with crusty bread :)
