2 chicken breast fillets- skin & fat removed. 2 tbs light Philadelphia Cheese Block 1 tbs pre made pesto 2 slices of prosciutto
Preheat oven to 200C. Cover chicken in cling wrap and pound with a mallet or rolling pin to even out the thickness of the chicken. Spread each fillet with 1 Tbs of cheese & 2 tsp of Pesto. Roll the chicken up and wrap apiece of prosciutto around and bake in the oven for 10- 15 minutes and then allow to rest, covered loosely with foil, before serving.
