Serves 2-3

Ingredients

(2 cups) frozen fruit or fresh fruit. ie strawberries, blue berries, raspberries, bananas, mango etc. (1 cup) vanilla yogurt, (half cup milk, soy, or regular) if using fresh fruit might have to add a few ice cubes.

Instructions

toss into blender and blend for 1minute make sure all chunks are gone stir and serve
