Solo Man Grilled Rump Steak

Perfect man meal to cook when the missus is out :)


400 g Rump Steak
1 can cannellini beans
1 large spanish onion
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
2 cloves garlic
1 lemon


1. Cook onion until soft and brown. Then add vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes
2. Cook garlic, beans and rosemary for 5 minutes in a separate pan.
3. Season steak with lemon juice, salt/pepper and cook medium rare
4. Slice the steak and layer it all over the beans, then add the onion over the top
