Pesto & Chicken Pasta Bake

Serves 4-5


2 1/2 cups pasta
1 roast chicken
5-6 mushrooms
50g baby spinach washed
100g frozen corn kernels
50g grated parmesan cheese
80g grated tasty cheese
1 jar semi dried tomato pesto


1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until tender.
2. While the pasta is cooking wash and slice the mushrooms. Remove the breasts from the roast chicken and dice.
3. Drain the pasta. Add the jar of pesto, baby spinach, corn kernels, mushrooms, roast chicken and parmesan cheese.
4. Place in an ovenproof dish and top with the tasty cheese.
5. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
6. Enjoy!
