bunch mint leaves from coles bunch corriander leaves from coles 4 green chillies less if wanted 1 tomatoe seeded good squeeze of lemon/lime juice (1-2 desertspoons) Plain natural yoghurt what you require. Touch of water if required.
Place all ingredients in the blender, blend on high until all blended thoroughly no leaves or tomatoes or chillies should be seen. Everything should be just green.
Pour into a fancy bowl enought plain yoghurt that you think you will need and then add 1-2 tspns of green chutney mixture to youghurt and mix well. If to thick just add a touch of water to thin it a little. Ready to serve.
Ideal for b.b.q's or serve with rice, steak anything you want to put it with.
