Serves 4


Chicken Peices cut into small to medium sizes
bacon cut into medium sizes
onion chop fineally
50g butter
2 tablespoons honey
250ml chicken stock


Cook the chicken in a hot fry pan, remove and set aside.
Cook the onions only till soft and clear, Remove and set aside.
Cook bacon but not to make it crispy.Add chicken, onions, back into the frypan, add butter, honey, chicken stock, parsley, chieves, garlic.
Stir altogether once everything is mixed thoroughly and hot serve on a plate with either vegys or salad or anything you would like.
