coat tenderloin with olive oil set aside. combine all herbs thoroughly. coat tenderloin with herbs bake in 325 oven until meat reaches 170 degrees (approx. 40 minutes) when using a grill make sure to turn often as this is pork it is important to reach the internal temperature of 170 to confirm doneness. remove from heat and let stand covered for 20 minutes. this allows for the juices to be reabsorbed by the meat and creating a perfectly tender and tastey roast.
