1 large packet corn chips 1 jar salsa 150g shredded tasty cheese 4-5 tablespoons sour cream 1 small avocado
1. Place half the bag of corn chips in the bottom of a shallow oven proof bowl. 2. Cover the corn chips with half of the cheese. 3. Add the remaining corn chips on top and then sprinkle with the remaining cheese. 4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 3-5 minutes until the cheese has melted. 5. Top with dollops of sour cream and salsa. 6. Peel and mash the avocado. 7. Finally top with the avocado mash. Serve while hot!
