2 onions, sliced 2 Tblsp butter splash of olive oil balsamic vinegar 2 naan breads (one package with two pieces in package) pesto - home made or bought 1 small log goat cheese salt and pepper
Preheat a saute pan on low-med heat - melt the butter and add a splash of olive oil. Once butter is melted, add onions and let cook down. Once the onions are translucent, add some balsamic vinegar to taste - a slash or two. Keep cooking the onions, slowly until they are light brown in colour. Add salt and pepper. Set aside to cool down. To assemble the tart, top the naan bread with pesto, then with onions, making sure they are spread all over the bread and then dollop with goat cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil. Put in oven to warm through for a few minutes just before serving. Enjoy! Cheers!
