Asparagus Flan

Keep the Flan Case Frozen No Need to Defrost

1 Pampas Savoury Flan Case
1 Bunch thin Asparagus
5 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
1 tsp Diijon Mustard


1. Place the Frozen flan Case on an Oven tray Bake in a pre-heated oven (160.C fan forced/180.C Convential for 10 minutes
2.Cut 7cm long tips from asparagus, Roughly chop remaining Stalks, Place asparagus into a heat proof bowl and pour Boiling water over, Leave for 1minute then Drain.
3.Whisk together eggs, Milk and Mustard. Place Asparagus into baked flan case with the Long tips of Asparagus on Top. Pour Egg Mixture over the Asparagus.
4. Return flan to the Oven and Bake for 30minutes or until set. Serve warm or Cold
