Yeast Free Gluten Free Pizza

15 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to cook

Serves 3


1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup rice flour
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs or egg substitute
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Italian spices
1 dash of garlic powder


Mix gently do not over beat. Pour batter into a pan and bake for 10 minutes or till it looks brown on the edges, take out and add desired toppings and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes till cheese is melted.


If you want a thin crust pizza place in the rectangle pan, just note you'll have to support the pizza when eating, but tastes much better this way.

This recipe is not my own I found this inside of an old allergy free cookbook and decided to share it for those who have food allergies like myself or just want to experiment with cooking. Hope you enjoy this as much as I have.
