Serves 2

Description

This is not a proper Greek recipe by any means but it's tasty and easy to make.

Ingredients

2 free range chicken fillets sliced (you can use lamb if you prefer)
1/2 lemon
1 clove of garlic crushed
3 teaspoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of olive oil + oil for frying
3 iceberg lettuce leaves finely sliced
1 small tomato diced
1 small Lebanese cucumber diced
1 small tub of tzatziki dip
40 grams of grated cheese (optional)
2 pita breads

Instructions

1. Marinate the sliced chicken in the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice and crushed garlic.
2. Store marinated chicken in the fridge until ready to fry. The longer you marinate the chicken the stronger the flavour will be.
3. Fry the chicken in a fry pan until cooked.
4. Place the pita breads on plates, top with lettuce, tomato and cucumber and sprinkle with tasty cheese. Add the chicken and top generously with tzatziki dip.
5. Enjoy!
