1 tin 4 bean mix (red kidney beans, butter beans, chickpeas and great northern beans) 1/2 red onion 1 cup baby roma or cherry tomatoes 1 small red capsicum 4 slices of prosciutto
Drain 4 bean mix and place in a mixing bowl. Chop red onion, capsicum and tomatoes and add to 4 bean mix. Fry prosciutto in a small pan and drain on kitchen paper. Chop prosciutto, add to salad mix and then serve.
