¼ cup of honey 2 cloves of garlic- crushed 2 tbs seeded mustard 2 tbs white wine vinegar 2 tbs chopped Italian parsley salt & cracked pepper 300g chicken thighs with all visible fat removed
Combine all marinade ingredients, reserving 2 tbs and place remaining chicken and marinade into a freezer bag. Toss to coat chicken and place in a bowl and refrigerate for at least ½ an hour, preferably longer, turning regularly. Preheat BBQ over medium heat and cook under side of chicken for approximately 5 minutes. Baste with marinade and turn to cook the other side for 5-10 minutes. Rest for a few minutes before serving.
