1-13 oz. can Chicken/or Albacore Tuna,drained & flaked(can use leftover cooked chicken or turkey)
1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Dash ground nutmeg
1-16 oz. bag thawed Spinach..drained;excess moisture squeezed out or dry out by cooking in pan on top of stove.
Pierce pastry shell thoroughly with fork. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes and remove to cool. In large bowl toss together next 3 ingredients, then fold in remaining ingredients mixing well; saving spinach til last. Bake 45- 1 hour or til knife inserted in center comes out clean.
You can add more chicken and/or cheese if desired.also instead of spinach you may use broccoli. Serve with a nice tossed salad. Great as lunch or dinner.
