SPECIAL FRIED RICE
1 family pack microwavable rice 3 sticks spring onions, sliced 1 cup bean shoots 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup shrimps, halved 1 stick cabonossi sausage, diced 1/2 capsicum, diced 1 small diced onion
Beef with peppers:
heat oil in wok. add garlic, 5 spice powder & meat. saute until meat browned. add onion & cook until tender but still crisp. add mushrooms & peppers. toss for 2 mins. add combined cornflour, water, stock cube, soy sauce. stir until sauce boils & thickens.
Special fried rice:
in a wok, add the eggs & cook till set. flip & brown. dice egg up. put aside. heat 1 tbspn oil in wok, add onion & capsicum & cook till softened. add packet rice. mix thru onion & capsicum. add remaining ingredients & thoroughly toss together. season to taste with salt & pepper & soy sauce. cook over gentle heat until heated thru.
