Serves 4-6

Description

This is a delicious dessert with or without the coffee ....substitute coffee with cocoa still really yummy an for a nice adult alternative add some muscat or coffee liquer to the coffee mixture mmmm Baileys works really well too!! ENJOY!!

Ingredients

1 Pkt of itallian sponge biscuits
1 cup of espresso coffee made without the milk
2 tbspn of marscapone
200ml thickened cream
1 tspn of cocoa
1 tspn of sugar

Instructions

whip cream an marscapone
add sugar
dunk biscuits in coffee
but not do not over soak
place in tray
add part cream mixture
repeat previous two steps
when add the top sprinkle cocoa
and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
serve into portions and enjoy

DONT HAVE TOO MUCH AT NIGHT OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE AWAKE FOR HRS LOL!!

Notes

You can always make this into individual dishes an serve with raspberries
for a special dinner/ dinner party...

    I loooove Tiramisu, but have never attempted to make it. I like the idea of putting bailtys in it too
