125 grams cream cheese 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk 1/5 cup fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon gelatine
Instructions
1. Beat the cream cheese using an electric beater until smooth 2. Add the condensed milk and lemon juice and beat again until mixed well 3. Boil some hot water and pour 1 tablespoon into a cup 4. Add the gelatine and stir until dissolved 5. Pour into the cream cheese mixture and combine well 6. Spoon into 4 cups
