a kilo of Banana prawns, garlic about 3 tablespoons), basil, safflower oil, grated (finely) Parmesan cheese and angel hair pasta
Instructions
Remove heads from prawns and peel (while raw), finely chop garlic and chop about 2 teaspoons of fresh Italian basil.
Boil water for pasta (3/4 package or entire package)
Add oil to pan (enough to coat entire bottom) and heat well, add prawns, basil and garlic (keep heat fairly low so as not to burn garlic)..when prawns are cooked, add 1 cup of the cheese and mix throughly.
Place cooked pasta in bowls and add the prawn mixture to top. I always place extra cheese on table and serve with hot garlic bread.
Notes
The amount of garlic can be adjusted to your taste, I love garlic and add much more.

They are less expensive than king prawns and do not have a lot of flavor like king prawns, but any will work!
