Serves 4-6

Description

Very nice with onion bhaji or kebabs or lamb kofti

Ingredients

250g yoghurt
handfull of finally chopped mint (if I dont have I put mint sauce to taste)
1/2 cucumber
lemon juce and salt to taste

Instructions

Grate cucumber on the cheese grater (thicker one) and mix all the other ingredients together.
Enjoy
