1 sml pkg frozen chopped spinach 1 small white or yellow onion, chopped (or frozen chopped onions) A handful of shredded parm cheese 8oz mayo 8oz sour cream Garlic to taste Breadbowl (King's Hawaiian is my choice but sourdough works well too)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients the night before and chill in fridge. Cut top off of breadbowl, scoop out inside and use as dippers. Spoon dip into breadbowl before serving.
Water chestnuts were in the original family recipe I received but I omitted them early on, as I don't care for them. :) Be sure to take copies of the recipe with you when you make this!

This is such a great idea, a friend of mine made a similar version a while back at a barbeque and everyone loved it :)
