Cheat's Chicken Parma

This is my cheat's way of making a parma when I don't feel like crumbing schnitzels. It's just as tasty, quicker to make and probably a lot healthier!


2 free range chicken breasts
1 sachet Leggos Pizza sauce
2 slices of ham
2 slices of mozarella cheese
olive oil for frying


1. Fry the chicken breasts in a small amount of oil until cooked.
2. Remove from the fry pan and place on a baking tray.
3. Squeeze the sachet of pizza sauce evenly on top of each chicken breast.
4. Top each breast with one slice of ham and then a slice of mozarella cheese.
5. Grill in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve with a salad or veggies and enjoy.


*Be generous with the pizza sauce as it gives the chicken lots of flavour.
