This is a delicious and low fat breakfast smoothie. You can add any fruits you like but these are my favourites. The secret of the perfect smoothie is the frozen banana, it gives a real creamy texture.
When the bananas in my fruit bowl start turning brown I put them straight into the freezer. Frozen bananas are not only great for smoothies but can be used in baking as well. When peeling your frozen banana let it sit and defrost for a couple of minutes then carefully cut away the skin with a sharp knife.
