I've been looking for a new way of healthy eating and I am quite inspired by the Paleo diet. There is a lot of information on the web about what is/is not included in the Paleo diet, but my take on it is as follows: - Stay away from processed foods - Eat foods that are high in nutrients and vitamins - Stay away from foods that don't hold much nutritional value (filler foods, like rice, pasta, bread etc) I'm currently not trying to lose weight, simply trying to eat healthier... so I can feel better and more energetic in my day to day life. I'm planning on posting Paleo inspired recipes and most of these I'm going to make up as I go along. If you have some great Paleo recipes yourself, please let me know as I'd love to try them :)
