Ingredients

1 Iceberg Lettuce
500g Pork Mince/500g Beef Mince
2 Small Carrots
1 Zuccini
1 Red Capsicum
125g Can corn Kernels
1/3 Cup Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
Salt an Pepper
Olive Oil for Frying

Instructions

Remove the Core of Lettuce Separate Leaves and Place into Large Bowl of Ice Water
Place 5oog Pork or Beef in Bowl
Grate 2 Carrots
Grate 1 Zucchini
Dice Finley 1 Red Capsicum Deseeded
125g Can Kernals Drained
1/3 Cup Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
Heat Oil in a Frying Pan over Medium Heat add Pork or Beef until Brown
Add Carrots, Zucchini, Capsicum an Corn Stir well to Combine, Add Oyster Sauce an Reduce Heat simmer for 2mins.
Drain Lettuce Leaves, Pat Dry with Paper Towel
Place Lettuce Cups on a Platter
Spoon Mixture into Lettuce Leaves and Serve "'Great Finger Food Goes Down a Treat!! ENJOY

    This is a great dish! I've never tried making it myself, but have had it at restaurants. I'll definitely have to give this a go :) I think there's also a dipping sauce that you can use with it, I'm not sure if it is sweet chilli, or something else...
