Serves 4

Ingredients

3 Shallots finally chopped
½ Spanish onion finally chopped
Sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons garlic paste
2 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons chives
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1-2 jars of white sauce – any flavour will do
Lots of grated cheese
Prawns
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can bean sprouts

Instructions

Cook the sauce mixture on a medium Heat stirring all the time once everything is mix together and hot add the prawns for a few mins.Serve on a plate of rice
