Description
This is a life saver for a kids treat,
Ingredients
1 pack of jelly any flavour1\4 pt. Single cream or plain yoghurt
Any kind of soft berries (optional)
Instructions
Make the jelly according to the pack instructions and refrigerate until half set.When half set pour in the cream or yoghurt together with the soft fruits if used and return back to the refrigerator to set completely, serve straight from the fridge add a few berries (if used) on top for decoration.......... mmmmm
Notes
This mixture can also be used in an ice cream maker to make a delicious ice cream desert or serve in a wafer cone as a treat, kids love it.
