This recipe makes around 8 burger patties, depending how big you make them.
It's really easy and can be made for lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
500g beef mince 1 small onion (diced) 1 tsp curry powder 1 egg salt and pepper 5 slices of white bread (crusts removed) olive oil 8 rolls (or bread if you prefer)
1. Soak white bread in water and squeeze out water once soaked 2. Add bread to large bowl with other ingredients 3. Mix until combined well and form into patties 4. Cook on medium heat in a saucepan with olive oil, flipping when browned on one side, until cooked through 5. Assemble your burger!
