Instructions
Preheat oven to 150 deg C In a saucepan place butter, chocolate, sugar and milk, stir over low heat until sugar dissolves and chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Don't over heat. Pour into a mixing bowl or leave in the saucepan (if big enough) and cool to room temperature. Add lightly beaten eggs and mix well. Sift the dry ingredients and add, beat well. Pour into a greased and cooking paper lined slice tin 28 x 18 cm. Bake at 150 deg C for 90 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out cleanly. Allow to cool in the pan. Dust with icing sugar and cut into squares to serve.
