This is a great, easy appetizer! You can play around with this recipe - add more or less of what you like, you can also add some hot sauce if the sausage isn't spicy enough for you:)
Ingredients
Chorizo sausage, cut into bite size pieces (I use about two links for 4-6 people) Drizzle of olive oil Drizzle of honey Drizzle of balsamic vinegar Some fresh cilantro, chopped finely
Instructions
Drizzle a little olive oil in a dutch oven over med heat. Add the sausage pieces and cook until browned. Add the honey and the balsamic vinegar. At this point keep you eye on them as they are easy to burn. Once the sausage pieces are all covered and the mixture start to become sticky, take the sausages out and serve then on a small platter. Sprinkle with the cilantro and serve with tooth picks.
