Serves 4-6

Ingredients

1/2KG PORK & 1/2KG LAMB OR ½ BEEF (YOU NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST 2 TYPES OF MINCE.
3 CUBES OF BEEF STOCK POWDER
1 ONION FINELY CHOPPED
2 GARLIC CLOVES FINEALLY CHOPPED
1 TABLE SPOON SOY SAUCE (EITHER LIGHT OR MUSHROOM) IT SAYS THIS ON THE BOTTLE
1 TABLESPOON ITALIAN MIXED HERBS
2 TABLESPOON PARMEASAN CHEESE

Instructions

MIX ALL TOGETHER NEED FOR ABOUT 15MINS IN A CIRULAR MOTION.

ROLL INTO BALLS GOOD SIZES IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT SIZE YOU MAKE THEM.

SHALLOW FRY TILL BROWN APPROX. 5 MINS.


THEY ARE EASY TO MAKE AND ARE BEAUTIFUL.

Notes

LET COOL DOWN AND YOU CAN FREEZE THEM, THEN YOU CAN COOK THEM IN THE OVEN OR FRY THEM OR ON THE BBQ.
