These moist and tasty brownies are so quick and easy to make!
Ingredients
1 cup self raising flour 2 large free range eggs 125 grams of salted butter 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 140 grams brown sugar 240 grams of Dark Choc bits 40 grams of White Choc bits 80 grams of chopped pecans
Instructions
1. In a large glass bowl place 200g of the dark choc bits and the butter. 2. Microwave for 20 second intervals, stirring in between until melted and combined well. Do not overcook or your chocolate will taste burnt. 3. Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well. 4. Add the two eggs, mix well. 5. Add the flour, nuts and the remaining dark and white choc bits. Combine well. 6. Spoon mixture into a greased and lined brownie tin. Spread evenly. 7. Bake at about 160 degrees celsius for about 30 minutes or until cooked through. 8. Leave in the pan to cool. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving (the choc bits taste better when cool).
Notes
It is important to use good quality dark chocolate as it gives the best flavour.
