Ingredients

Fresh spinach leaves, dried cranberries, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, slivered almonds or pine nuts, feta cheese, dressing of your choice.

Instructions

In a bowl add spinach leaves, hand full of dried cranberries, 6 cherry tomatoes cut in half,6 slices of cucumber cut into half or quarters, 2 table spoons of nuts, small hand full of crumbled feta, dressing. Toss and serve.
