180g fettucine 4 rashes of shortcut bacon diced 3 tabs parmesan cheese grated 3 tabs cream 3 egg yolks oil or butter for frying
Instructions
1. Place the fettucine in salted boiling water and cook until al dente (or to your liking) 2. Fry the bacon in some oil or butter 3. Beat the egg yolks with the cream and parmesan cheese 4. Drain the pasta, add the cooked bacon and cream and egg mixture, stir until combined well 5. Heat the pasta for another 2 minutes to cook the egg mixture 6. Season to taste 7. Serve immediately
