1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1 Brown Onion grated 3 Slices stale White bread crusts removed 2 Tablespoon Milk 1Kg Pork or Sausage Mince 2 Tablespoons Parsley Leaves Chopped 3 Eggs 3 Sheets Frozen ready rolled Puff Pastry partially thawed 1 Tablespoon Sesame seeds Tomato Sauce for Serving
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 210.C line two baking trays with baking paper. Heat the Oil an cook pork or sausage mince in frying pan, add onion and cook for 3minutes or until soft. Set aside to cool 2.Roughly chop the bread break up into little pieces remove crusts. Pour 2 tbs Milk, Squeeze bread and remove excess liquid and Place Bread in a large bowl. add onion,pork or sausage mince Parsley, eggs and salt and pepper. Mix until all combined. 3.Cut 1 pastry sheet in half, Beat the remaining egg with a fork, arrange filling in a sausage shape along the long edge closest to you. Brush the opposite long edge lighly with beaten egg. Roll up and Press to Secure. repeat with remaining filling and Pastry. 4.Cut each roll into 4 smaller ones and brush the top of each sausage roll with egg, Sprinkle with Sesame seeds. Place seam side down on the trays. Bake for 15-20minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Serve with Tomato Sauce.

Love homemade sausage rolls! They just taste so much better than the store bought ones :)
