Wash and slice prawns through the middle,take out the vein.pat dry.
Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Butter,or 1/2 olive oil and 1/2butter.
Instructions
2 teaspooons of cayanne pepper ,2 cloves minced garlic. Salt &pepper to taste. Heat oil to hot, add the spices mix together add prawns, cook 5 minutes or until the shells turn pink.
