Description

Simple and creamy vanilla ice cream. Will need Ice cream maker

Ingredients

300ml milk
250ml cream
1/2 cup castor sugar
pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves.
Pour into freezer canister and allow to churn and freeze.
