Crisp Waffles

5-8 minutes to prepare and 15+ minutes to cook

Serves 4

Ingredients

5 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
6 tsp. baking powder
2 cups all purpose flour

Instructions

Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.
Add oil, salt and milk.
Gradually add sifted flour and baking powder and stir until moistened.
Spoon batter into preheated waffle iron and bake until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

These waffles need to be served with my Sweet Waffle Sauce for a wonderful breakfast.
