200g Mince 1 Onion 2 Carrots 1 tin of chopped tomatoes 1 tin of baked beans 2tsp of Cumin Rice

Instructions
1. Fry the onions and mince in a pan for 5mins, put carrots in until starting to soften off 2. Pour the tomatoes and beans in with the mince. 3. Put the rice into boiling water and cook for 12-15mins 4. Sprinkle the cumin in with the chili and stir 5. Serve the chili with 2 scoops of rice and enjoy
